What is your return policy?
National Wholesale Liquidators wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to return most merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns are not accepted on Ready to Assembly Furniture Items, Perfumes or Colognes, Food Items, Intimates, & items marked with a White and Red Unreturnable Label.
How can I return an item?
When returning an item back to a National Wholesale Liquidators store:
Step 1: Repack all contents in the original packaging. Some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set, for a replacement or refund.
Step 2: Bring the item and your original receipt to a National Wholesale Liquidators store and visit our Customer Service desk
For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
