What is your return policy?
National Wholesale Liquidators wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees.

How can I return an item?
You may return purchases made in National Wholesale Liquidators stores or at nwlshop.com to any one of our stores or by sending the item back to National Wholesale Liquidators via mail.

If returning to a National Wholesale Liquidators store:
Step 1: Repack all contents in the original packaging. Some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
Step 2: Bring the item and your original receipt to a National Wholesale Liquidators store and visit our Customer Service department
For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.

If returning by mail:
Step 1: Start by requesting a return label via our contact page. Be sure to complete all fields including the reason for the return and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange of the item being returned.
Step 2: Repack all contents in the original packaging. Some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
Step 3: Remember to enclose the completed return form in the package. Send your package to the National Wholesale Liquidators return address provided on the return label.

For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
